Rebecca Smith is Deputy CEO at Social Enterprise Kent and is a successful bid and grant writer, having raised over £1m in grants and contracts. Rebecca has extensive experience of what it takes to write a winning application, but has also learned along the way what not to do! Rebecca has worked in the Kent voluntary, community and social enterprise sector for 13 years, has a Masters of Human Resources, and is a qualified Adult Education teacher.
