Overview

There are a number of rules and regulations around governing a VCSE organisation. Ensuring comprehensive governance is a vital function. Governance is the systems and processes that provide guidance to the organisations' direction, effectiveness, supervision and accountability. The Trustee board is responsible for good governance and this course will help with that!
