Overview

This course will provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to develop or update an organisational strategy, as well as creating a business plan.  We explore vision, mission and values, goals and the Triple Bottom Line.  We then go through strategic management tools, the Theory of Change and strategic planning frameworks.  Finally, we end on finance, implementing your plan and touch on impact.  

This course is designed for charity and social enterprise senior leaders and Trustees.
