Overview

This course will express the importance of professional communication within a business environment.

This is a half day, 4 hours, course aimed at managers, supervisors, and team leaders. Through this courses delegates will understand: 

• Why it is important to communicate effectively in a work environment
• Know about both positive and negative body language and facial expressions
• How to dress professionally while presenting
• How to deal with negative responses
• The different types of communication
• How their communication affects others
