This course covers what equality, diversity and inclusion is and how to translate it into day-to-day practice within your role. Learners will observe how we behave at work and how that may affect those around us, look at their own values regarding equality, diversity, and inclusion and what impacts them.
This course addresses victimisation, discrimination, stereotyping and unacceptable behaviour. A workplace that promotes an inclusive work environment has many benefits to the organisation and colleagues, including increased morale and team cohesion. By the end of this course, learners can adapt their practice, and have risk assessing and care planning experience to promote equality together.
