Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in Education

Overview

This course addresses how equality and diversity relate to education, from lesson planning and pupil considerations through to management strategy and organisational ethos. Delegates will examine their organisational values and biases to best serve their students whilst maintaining standards and discipline.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Education has been specifically written for executive and senior management level education professionals including headteachers and department leads. The training balances pastoral needs with ethical education delivery, supporting and empowering schools and colleges to best support and engage with learners of all ages.
