Overview

In the voluntary sector, measuring your social impact is as crucial as measuring your finances – but why do so many charities and social enterprises struggle with it?  We are often delivering amazing impact, but we don’t have the processes in place to capture it, nor the tools and knowledge to know what to capture in the first place.  And how do we then present social impact in the best way that suits your organisation for different audiences, like clients, funders and through our marketing. 

This course will take you step-by-step through the process of measuring social impact and give you a practical guide to take “back to the office”.
