A course for managers, supervisors, and team leaders who wish to gain an awareness of mental health to better support their staff. This course has been created in recognition that while not all managers are able to attend an in-depth course, they all want to be able to recognise when a member of staff needs assistance.
Managers, supervisors, and team leaders will gain the knowledge required to support the mental health of their staff and recognising the signs and symptoms of an individual in need of mental health support. Delegates will also receive a booklet to provide continued support, information and guidance.

I am fairly new to the industry and am learning every day, I would just like to say how amazing SEK has been since the moment I first contacted them about some free training they were offering. They were quick to respond and also came back to me very promptly with any queries or questions I had. The team has a wide range of knowledge and is very passionate about the work they do. I would highly recommend them. Angie presented the course Mental Health for Managers. Angie was very professional but still had an approachable and very down-to-earth approach. The course was relatable and I learned an awful lot in just a few hours. I liked how the course was interactive and we were put into break-out rooms so we could get to know one another and discuss our own experiences without thoughts and feelings on mental health. I personally could not recommend SEK enough for anyone in the Kent area.
