Overview

A course for managers, supervisors, and team leaders who wish to gain an awareness of mental health to better support their staff. This course has been created in recognition that while not all managers are able to attend an in-depth course, they all want to be able to recognise when a member of staff needs assistance.

Managers, supervisors, and team leaders will gain the knowledge required to support the mental health of their staff and recognising the signs and symptoms of an individual in need of mental health support. Delegates will also receive a booklet to provide continued support, information and guidance.

  • Impact of mental health
  • Stigma, Stress, and Anxiety
  • Risk Factors and early warning signs
  • How to start a difficult conversation
  • When to ask for help
  • How to build a positive mental health culture
