It focuses on working in a way that protects and promotes the rights and interests of all parties, looks at safe work practices and how to recognise factors of vulnerability and how to take the necessary steps to minimise the risks.

The course covers the legal frameworks which protect us all along with how to make a referral and report any concerns or disclosures to the relevant bodies. It also looks at the barriers to disclosures with strategies for overcoming them.
