Overview

This course is suitable for everyone working in the care sector as delegates will learn what makes a vulnerable adult. The training includes the legislation relating to safeguarding; different types of abuse, recognition of signs, responding and disclosing and where to raise a concern. By the end of this course, delegates will have a solid understanding of SOVA and have the ability to improve their practice.
