Overview

Is your workplace safe and compliant? Are you confident your organisation is up to speed with what counts as sexual harassment these days? Has your organisation done everything it can to create a safe and respectful space for you, your team clients and visitors?

As of October 2024, The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 came into force, which placed a "positive duty on all employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace". This includes updating your policies, staff training, having clear processes in place to deal with complaints and identifying risks in your workplace.

If you don't take these steps, your organisation could face financial penalties and harm your workplace culture!
